If it's Not One Thing

So...a few weeks ago, the flu visited our family and reeked its chaos.  Then this week Sam comes down with a high fever, and James only gets a slight fever.  Within 24 hours James is fully recovered and back to his normal, high energy self.  Sam is still battling his fever although I had high hopes that things were getting better yesterday.  Yesterday Sam's fever was staying below 100, and he was in a decent mood for a majority of the day.  He even slept better last night and woke up with a normal temperature.  Then by this afternoon, his temperature was back up...101.7 last I checked.  Poor baby!  I just want my little boy to feel better...I feel so bad for him when he is acting absolutely miserable.
